Attorney General Eric Holder stated today that the US government is legally justified in killing American citizens overseas if they are involved in plotting to kill Americans with terror attacks. This helped further explain the Obama administrations controversial targeted killing program. What are you thoughts on this targeted killing program? Should the US government be allowed to kill American citizens overseas? Will this power eventually reach US soil as well?
