Bounty Alert is happy to announce that Detective Rasheen Peppers has accepted the position as Director of Fugitive Operations for Bounty Alert. Detective Rasheen Peppers helped Bounty Alert in its development efforts, by providing detailed functional modeling of the Bounty Alert Application to effectively capture fugitives.

Commonly known as “Pep” from the hit reality show MANHUNTERS: FUGITIVE TASK FORCE, aired on A&E; Detective Peppers has more than 14 years in Law Enforcement and is currently with the Newark, NJ Police Department Fugitive Unit. Detective Peppers was deputized as a Special Deputy with the United States Marshals Service. “Pep” who had his first guest appearance in R&B artist Jaheim’s “Never” video is one of the best of the best when it comes to tracking down some of America’s most violent criminals.

Detective Peppers is not only credited with catching Newark's violent fugitives, but America’s most violent criminals. His outstanding record landed him a spot as an America Most Wanted All-Star 2009 nominee. He played an important role in the arrest of a man who shot his wife at a YMCA while their children watched in 2008. After days of tracking the man, the US Marshals located a man who could be the suspect at a friend’s apartment. Detective Peppers’ volunteered to dress up as an electrician, to confirm the man’s identity. When people began getting nervous of Detective Peppers presence, he made his way back down to his team, saying he needed to get more tools from his truck. He told his team that he believed it was the suspect. They went in and arrested the man. This is not the only type of disguise Detective Peppers has used to catch criminals. In the past he set up a bogus MySpace page to catch two MS 13 gang members who had executed three college students outside of an elementary school. His superb detective skills, understanding of the criminal mind and his ability to use today’s technology has made Detective Rasheen Peppers someone to be feared if you are on the run. While he has received many awards for his services, it is the thanks he receives from the friends and the families of the victims that mean the most to him.

• He captured 100% of the fugitive cases assigned to him over the last 18 months
• He captured more than 90% of the fugitive cases assigned to him over the last 7 years
• He has personally captured 6 of Newark's Top 12 Fugitives over a 3 week period
• Served with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force from 2003 to 2009
• He has captured hundreds of fugitives for other state agencies, including GA, MD, NY, PA ...etc.
• Featured and appeared in 20 episodes of the reality series Manhunters: Fugitive Task Force
