As Americans we enjoy many benefits a Democracy. The Fifth Amendment states;

The second Amendment give us the right to bare arms the concept that people, have an individual right to own and carry weapons. The law for civilians to legally have a fire arm is different in every state.

What happens when private civilians have the right to carry a concealed weapon in public places? What type of training is required when a private person purchase a fire arm? What is the process a person has to go through to be eligible to purchase a fire arm?
