Thursday, 21 June 2012 17:27Double Topic Night:
CAN YOU HANDLE A RELATIONSHIP IN THE WORKPLACE?
Work place Romances can they work? Can you mix business and pleasure and expect everyone involved in the situation to keep a cool head, or when the Boss or the person in charge holds all the cards??? Can you separate the two? What if you are married and you are put to the test, what would you do in that situation? What happens when you have an issue with your boss and he is the one your having this work affair with? Can You Handle It Maturely or Should You Never Get Involved With Someone You Work With. Lets Talk About It.
"MONEY, SEX, POWER OR LOVE-WHICH ONE REALLY ATTRACTS YOU THE MOST WHEN CHOOSING A MATE?"
Most would say women want men with money and power, then some would say men are simple and just want sex from a woman. When it comes to Money, Sex, Power or Love, what's the real honest attraction when choosing a mate, in a perfect world it should be love. If a woman says she looks for a man to have money she is called a gold digger, If a man looks to a woman for sex and money he is called a gigolo or even a pimp. Tonight on BKS1 Radio The Grown Sexy Situation Team will discuss this controversial topic with you the listeners.

The Dark Side To Shacking Up!
Friday, 25 May 2012 14:06The Dark Side To Shacking Up
What Happens When Moving In leads to you Moving On. There are so many reasons why people move in together. Some get the urge out of love, others for support, and many because they don't want to be alone, but with making life changing decisions like these there are likely to be some repercussions that can cause the other person to look for someone new.
Today's relationships have become less traditional and more casual some people are settling without demanding to be on the lease, and the others aren't making it a priority. There are thousands of women out there that get strung along on an emotional roller coaster of "love" only to find out they were sucked into playing housekeeper. For other women the role may be in reverse and play the con artists gaming men into supporting them "so to speak", but what happens to those women…OR MEN when their significant other gets tired of the free ride and says "IM DONE! "YOU GOT TO GO" what then?…Living with the opposite sex has its perks, but lets not forget everything that glitters isn't gold, and most importantly nothing lasts forever, or does it?
Regardless, we all know what happens when "Shacking Up" goes all too well and everyone lives "happily ever after", but what happens when you’re not so lucky and get caught out there, are too naive to make the right decisions.

Young Entrepreneurs
Friday, 13 July 2012 20:45YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
Today's generation is all about being your own boss, and business owners are getting younger and younger every year. Between Oprah and Ellen there are more young entrepreneurs being discovered everyday. It makes me wonder how a thirteen year old can become a millionaire simply from taking soda caps and turning them into magnetic jewelry, while adults are being incarcerated for fraud and theft. People today face many difficulties financially; with the economy unstable and job loss at an all time high many Americans are looking to other ways to support themselves and their families. The number one alternative to working for someone else is becoming your own boss, and many young people today are doing just that. Taking matters into their own hands, and using their talents or ideas and marketing themselves through social networks and media. It's refreshing to see just how many young people are setting the example for young adults their age and older.
Being a business owner requires not only an idea or a vision, but a financial backbone to help get the business off the ground, whether by means of a loan, grant, or borrowing from friends and family, and in some cases it helps also to have a strong team of supporters to help in the process. At times having supporters works out for the best and in other cases not so much, but it's important as a business owner to believe your product ten times more than anyone else working for you or around you for the business to succeed. As an entrepreneur there is much to know and understand about what it is your investing in because during "times like these", many people are only interested in what they need NOW and NOT what they can do without. It's fascinating to see just how many young adults understand this concept, and are successful business owners because they took a simple idea or unique talent they knew to be the next big thing or useful to people in their local area or around the world. Today we will be talking to four women about how they started their journey to becoming an entrepreneur and successfully constructed their business to benefit their lifestyle and futures.
