This Week on the OWWHH show we have a special guest joining us on the panel for the TOPIC OF “Frenemy” The bravura lively anchor IFUEKO and the lovely ladies of Only Women Wear High Heels will be tackling this topic this week? What are your opinions? What is A Frenemy? Are some of your friend’s frienemies? Is there a thing as a friend in the industry? What puts a friend in the frenemy zone? Are those friendships salvageable?
Many believe a Frenemyis a word that is frequently recycled to talk about a business associate that one preserves a friendly relationship with, but who is actually an opponent. Inside of business scenery, a frenemy may be a colleague who has a yearning to have your job by discrediting you, while giving a friendly front at the same time. At the identical time, a person can become a frenemy to keep tabs on you or someone who he or she thinks is out to get them. By building a setting where there is easy contact to the other person, it is likely to watch their movements closely, and perhaps neutralize a destructive situation.
The foundation of a frenemy can be create for multiple reason s love, lust, power, greed, envy or any other underlying motivation that generates a condition where the two people like each other and at the identical time can’t stand each other.
Joining us are two extraordinary guest Eric Williams of Dons and Divas Magazine and Jay and RV of brand name “Crew Love” and of course the ladies of OWWHH love! Call in (646)-233-1302!

Special Guest: R&B Singer J Rome
My name is J Rome and singing has been my passion and my dream ever since I discovered I had a voice. My beginnings were shaped by music’s greats. As a child, I remember sitting in the back of my mom and dad’s car while they listened to Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan etc. and feeling inspired to express myself through song.
Early on my family and friends labeled me “THE SINGER” after they noticed my natural affinity for music. My loved ones could attest that I have always been soft-spoken – shy even, but singing was my way of standing out.
Music has given me the opportunity to perform at countless venues and even travel the world, but most importantly, music has been my confidant. Music has uplifted me, guided me and given me a feeling of peace during the most trying times. I was told once; when I sing, I make others happy. If I am able to make a difference in the lives of others, with the talent God has given me, I am ready and the time is now.
Topic: The Reality and Misconception of Homosexuality- Can You Handle The Truth?
Homosexuality is a big issue in today's society. There are those who are struggling with same sex attraction and are trying not to act on it and then there are those who are openly celebrating it and intentionally living and embracing a homosexual lifestyle. However, this type of realization maybe difficult. suddenly, emotions you never thought existed starts to leap out, and what you least expected starts to appear. You begin having all sorts of feelings that you either want to put under a microscope and explore, or simply sweep under a rug and ignore.
Now, homosexuality is basically, as the definition states, "a person that is interested in someone of the same sex ". Some people may not understand about homosexuality as of yet. Therefore, stop for a moment and imagine what a gay lifestyle would be like. Just close your eyes and well, wait, don't close your eyes if you are reading this. But, stop and think what kind of images and/or phrases of a "gay lifestyle" conjures up for you. What does a gay lifestyle entails? What are their primary interests? What does a person look like? How do they spend their time?
Got your image? Now keep reading.
Like most stereotypes of course there's a pinch of truth in it. However, at the same time there's a huge amount of misconception. Not all gay people are promiscuous, like to drink, party, work out, self centered or like to cross dress and not all homosexuals, lesbians, gays or whatever word you prefer to use are obsessed over their appearance.
Just recently and slightly before the turn of the century some individuals began accepting people who are 'different' than the mainstream of society. These sorts of breakthroughs are massive. Now various countries are accepting homosexual marriages, and more people are coming out of the closet and embracing their homosexuality. Join the ladies of (O)nly (W)omen (W)ear (H)igh (H)eels and special guests "The Durl" - Shuan, Charles, Emanuel, Sharif, and Jose' Friday, October 04, 2013 at 11:00 pm est and help raise awareness to homosexuals who are not always accepted amongst society.

The Feminization Of The Black Man Conspiracy or Fallacy?
Kanye West in a Dress? Lil Wayne in Leggins? Is the Feminization of the Black Man Conspiracy or Fallacy? The feminization of the black man is a criticism that is ever growing. It suggests that white America and in particular Hollywood is slowly feminizing black men through constant images of black men dressed as women, portraying women or acting feminine.
Does this idea hold water? The conspiracy suggests because black men are feared in mainstream society that emasculation of the black man will remove the perceived threat. Join us Live In The Vocal Booth tonight, Saturday March 15th from 11pm to 1am, as we look at this topic from a broad view. We want to hear where you stand on the notion that Hollywood images can destroy the Black Male in America. Call us up at (646) 233-1302 or join us Live in the chatroom ....
Tonight 11pm to 1 am We go into a deep discussion on the trend of lying, or rather over exaggerating, about what you have or what you can do to get to where you want to be. What is the point in which and exaggeration of a fact becomes a lie? We will touch on how this is seen in jobs applications ...the music industry as well as dating! If you have any comments or questions feel free to call us Live In The Vocal Booth at 646 - 233 - 1302 or join us in the chatroom and voice your opinion!
