Special Guest: R&B Singer J Rome
My name is J Rome and singing has been my passion and my dream ever since I discovered I had a voice. My beginnings were shaped by music’s greats. As a child, I remember sitting in the back of my mom and dad’s car while they listened to Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan etc. and feeling inspired to express myself through song.
Early on my family and friends labeled me “THE SINGER” after they noticed my natural affinity for music. My loved ones could attest that I have always been soft-spoken – shy even, but singing was my way of standing out.
Music has given me the opportunity to perform at countless venues and even travel the world, but most importantly, music has been my confidant. Music has uplifted me, guided me and given me a feeling of peace during the most trying times. I was told once; when I sing, I make others happy. If I am able to make a difference in the lives of others, with the talent God has given me, I am ready and the time is now.

Special Guest: Christine Curtis
Compelling, Faithful, Dynamic, Powerful, and Angelic are just a few words that could begin to describe Christine Curtis and her music. Her wide-range and her incredibly high pitched and powerful notes resonate to the heart, the ear, and the soul. The lyrics she has written are, “from the depths of my mind and my memories. Every single syllable serves a purpose and every note tells a story” she says. Driven could also describe Christine. Withstanding the test of time, she has become more resilient than ever. She has a story and is ready to share it with the world.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 7, Christine Curtis was born unto this world with the purpose. She soulfully achieves this through her personal lyrics and vocal talent.
Singing in church and local talent shows, Christine realized her passion for singing and song writing and began recording songs at the tender age of nine. By age 14, she was performing in larger venues such as Coppin State College in Baltimore and performing for the likes of professionals such as Matthew Knowles. At age 22, after many life changing events and personal growth in her life, Christine needed an outlet. She poured her heart into song writing and performed weekly at local Karaoke venues while gaining the attention of many business managers, producers and countless fans impressed and moved by her.
As a secular artist, Christine has collaborated with several music industry professionals such as Brian Gibbs on the song, “This Love” which featured Maino and Chill Moddy from “RFM” featured on his newly released album.
